XOC Technologies Inc. SSD Warranty & Return Policy
Our SSDs come with a 5-year limited warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship.
WARRANTY COVERAGE
- Repair or Replacement: If your SSD fails due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period and has not exceeded its Total Bytes Written (TBW) threshold, we will repair or replace it with a new or refurbished unit of equivalent performance.
- No Data Recovery: We do not provide data recovery services under this warranty. We strongly recommend maintaining regular backups to prevent data loss.
EXCHANGE/REPAIR PROCESS
- Submit a Warranty Claim: Contact our support team with your product details, proof of purchase, and usage history.
- RMA Approval: If eligible, you’ll receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Return the SSD: Ship the defective unit to our service center following the provided instructions.
- Processing & Resolution: Upon receipt, we will test the SSD. If covered under warranty, we will repair or replace it and ship it back to you.
EXCLUSIONS:
- SSDs that have exceeded their TBW (Total Bytes Written) limit as stated in the product specifications.
- Damage from misuse, physical impact, unauthorized modifications, or external causes (e.g., power surges).
- Normal wear and tear or performance degradation over time.
Data loss is not covered, and we do not provide data recovery services.
