Termination

U.S. Government Restricted Rights

General Terms
Any claim relating to the use of this Site and the Materials is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. You agree to personal jurisdiction and venue in New Jersey. You may terminate your access to the Site at any time. XOC may suspend or discontinue providing the Materials to you with or without cause and without notice.
